NP Dodge Gives Back to it's Sales Associates

Omaha, Nebraska - Today was a ground-breaking day for NP Dodge agents. Over 225 sales associates attended a general sales meeting at Ralston Arena. It started off like any other general sales meeting with coffee and rolls, new agent welcome, announcements from Alan Strong, Senior Sales Directorl; then... Mike Riedmann, President of Residential Sales, took the stage. First, agents were given the good news of their tech fund contribution being lowered to $45. Then the big news... NP Dodge has established an Agent Profit Sharing Program to reward agents for their loyalty and longevity with the company. The profit sharing dollar is tabulated based on the # of sides closed using a 3 year look back. Over 260 very happy and surprised NP Dodge agents received actual checks at the event or through their office.
